The setting is perfect and absolutely incredible, close to many train lines on Wall Street

The hotel provided very good customer service during our trip. The rooms are well-kept with a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and a lounge.- The location is great for a work trip in the Financial District and accessing public transport.

The staff at the reception desk were very efficient.- The location was nice, right next to the amazing 9/11 memorial museum.- It is close to attractions in Midtown and subway lines 1,3.- The view from the hotel was fantastic.- We stayed for 4 nights and loved the Manhattan district.- We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

The hotel is reliable with unique rooms that come with a fridge. The service is excellent with knowledgeable employees. The location is great and close to Times Square. You can find a good cup of tea or coffee at Black Fox Coffee nearby. The attached restaurant serves excellent food.

It is a fantastic property located in Manhattan district so close to the financial district and Battery Park and Manhattan. It has unbeatable setting right next to the subway. The restaurant is about 600 feet from here. Top-class staff at reception desk, everything is fine.

The hotel's quiet, business location was a plus for us. We loved being so close to a subway station. Our room had astonishing views, and the staff at the reception desk were very professional.

The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from World Trade Center Memorial Foundation. The breakfast at reasonable prices.

Fantastic base for rest

Nice sized rooms, great value for money, with TV, complimentary wireless internet, and coffee. Very big beds.- Relatively quiet and historic location, close to a tube station.- Clean restaurant and an Irish bar available

They honored my request for a sofa bed and gave me a suite with the living room (including the sofa bed for the kids) and bedroom separated. This was perfect for the family. I liked how spacious it was, considering that I heard in NYC there are not many rooms that big for such a reasonable price. I loved that it was clean, and they offered complimentary water for the guests. I'd like to stay there again and recommend it to others as well.

The only thing I didn't like was that we requested service a couple of times (remote control missing and additional towels), and they took a long time to come over with the required items.

Our double room included complimentary beverages and tea, and the location was central, near the Financial District.

The location is very central, very close to World Trade Center and 911 memory, and several subway lines in the Wall Street area. The rooms are spotless and generally offer a coffeemaker, an iPod docking station, and a new carpet.

right next to Wall Street subway station so very accessible to Midtown if you don't mind a few minutes on the subway. self service check in and check out is great!
